RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
- How can I make a reservation?
To book, select your apartment in our lodging section and contact us via WhatsApp to check availability. Once confirmed, make the payment to secure your stay.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and payments through secure platforms. Contact us for more details.
- What is your cancellation policy?
CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR GALAPAGOS NOMAD
- Free Cancellation
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
- Note: Refunds will have any bank transfer fees or financial institution charges deducted from the total amount refunded.
- Partial Charge Cancellation
- Cancellations made between 15 days and 48 hours before the arrival date will incur a 50% charge of the total booking cost.
- The refunded amount will be subject to deductions for bank transfer fees or financial institution charges.
- Non-Refundable Cancellation
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the arrival date, as well as no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
- Booking Modifications
- Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 15 days in advance.
- If the modification involves a change in season or rate, a 10% fee will be applied to the total booking amount.
- Any rate difference will be communicated and must be paid by the guest prior to confirming the modification.
- Cancellation Due to Force Majeure
- In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the guest’s control, the following options will be offered:
- A date change without additional charges (subject to availability).
- A credit equivalent to the amount paid, valid for future bookings within 3 months.
- Note: The credit is non-transferable, and any rate difference between seasons must be covered by the guest.
- Bank Transfer and Financial Institution Fees
- In any case requiring a refund, the guest will be responsible for covering any bank transfer fees or charges imposed by the financial institution. These costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

- What services are included in the apartments?
Our apartments offer free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, purified water, bed sheets, clean towels, and equipped kitchens (at Coral Apartments and Suite 23 of Central Suite).
- Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, all apartments have free Wi-Fi for your convenience.
- Are the accommodations suitable for families or large groups?
Yes, we offer options ideal for families and groups.
TRANSPORTATION AND ARRIVAL
- How do I get to Galapagos?
You can fly from Quito or Guayaquil to Baltra Airport (Santa Cruz) or San Cristóbal. We provide assistance to organize your transportation on the islands.
- Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we offer transfers from Baltra and San Cristóbal airports. Contact us to arrange your transfer.
TOURS AND ACTIVITIES
- What tours do you recommend?
We recommend visits to Tortuga Bay, Las Grietas, and snorkeling or diving trips. We offer customized options based on your interests.
- How can I book an additional tour or activity?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we will help you organize tours according to your preferences.
POLICIES AND RULES
- What are the apartment rules?
General Rules
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 12:00 PM.
- Check-out: Before 9:00 AM.
Cleaning
- Keep the space clean and tidy.
- For long stays, place garbage in the large bins on the first floor on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays before 7:00 PM.
Recycling
- Green Bin: Organic waste such as food scraps or plants.
- Blue Bin: Paper, plastic, metal, glass, empty bottles. Rinse containers before disposing of them.
- Black Bin: Non-recyclable items like napkins, diapers, or sanitary products.
Kitchen Use
- Our kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home. Clean utensils and surfaces after use.
- Purified filtered water is available for cooking and refilling your water bottle.
Noise
Respect the peace and quiet of others, especially after 8:00 PM.
Visitors
- Additional visitors must be approved in advance. An extra charge applies if they stay overnight.
- Parties or events are not allowed.
No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside apartments. You may smoke in designated areas, such as the terrace.
Security
Close all doors when leaving. While the area is safe, we have outdoor security cameras for added protection.
Responsibility for Damages
If any items are damaged, broken, or lost, they must be repaired, replaced, or paid for.
Additional Services for Long Stays
- Cleaning: Extra cleaning services are available at an additional

Before Leaving and Checking Out
- Gather used towels in the laundry basket.
- Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances.
- Return remote controls to their designated places.
- Lock the doors and leave the keys in the entrance security box.
What should I do in case of an emergency?
For assistance, contact us via WhatsApp or email. In case of emergency, dial 911 for police, hospital, ambulance, or firefighters.
