We’re so happy you chose to stay with us! Welcome to your temporary home in the Galápagos Islands. We’ve created a comfortable and self-sufficient space for you to make the most of your stay. This guide will provide you with all the information you need to ensure an amazing experience.
1. How to Enter the House
On the left side of the main entrance, you will find small key safes with a unique code. Each box contains the keys to the main door and your assigned suite. Each box is labeled with a number assigned to each department:

When your booking is confirmed, the code for the key box and Wi-Fi password will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email so you can enter without issues.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 13:00 pm. To ensure the place is ready and clean, please respect this time. If you need to check in earlier, we offer Early Check-in based on availability, with an additional charge.
- Check-out: By 08:00 am. If you wish to check out later, we offer Late Check-out, subject to availability and additional charge.
Before You Leave:
To ensure everything is in order, please follow these steps when checking out:
- Turn off all lights and electronic devices (air conditioning, TV, etc.).
- Make sure to return the remote controls to their original places.
- Close the apartment door and the main entrance securely.
- Place the apartment key back in its respective key box.
2. The Suite
We’ve created comfortable spaces for your stay by combining rustic wood elements with minimalist white spaces. Every corner of the suite is designed for your full enjoyment.
Bedroom
The bedroom features minimalist furniture for optimal rest. The bed comes with a linen set. If you need extra pillows or additional linens, don’t hesitate to contact us via WhatsApp. The linen change has a small cost to cover laundry services.
Air Conditioning
When using the air conditioning, please ensure that the windows are closed. This helps us have a responsible consumption of resources and ensures the air conditioning works efficiently.
The air conditioning remotes are located on the wall at the entrance of the living room and the bedroom.
At the end of your stay, please return the remotes to their original places, just like the TV remote.
Kitchen
Our kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook like at home. As a token of our appreciation, we’ve left coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and other amenities for you to enjoy. Please make sure to clean the utensils and surfaces after each use.
At the end of your stay, kindly leave the kitchen and refrigerator clean. Place the trash in the main bins. If you have leftovers from your shopping, you can leave them neatly on the table or in the refrigerator.
Purified filtered water
The apartment has filtered water for your comfort and safety. Before using the water filter, please let the water run for a few minutes. If you haven’t used the filter for a few days, please repeat the process.
We recommend not drinking tap water directly; always use the purified filtered water. If you want extra safety, you can buy large bottles of water from a local store. Remember, we’re working to reduce plastic on the island, so we suggest refilling your water bottle before heading out on excursions.
Cleaning
Keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. If you’d like additional cleaning service, there is an extra charge. Contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll gladly assist you.
Recycling and Waste Collection
Since the Galápagos Islands are a fragile place, it’s very important to recycle. Try to minimize plastic use as much as possible. Please help us with recycling by separating the waste according to the type and using the appropriate bins:

Black bin:
Napkins, toilet paper, diapers, sanitary napkins, and non-recyclable materials.

Blue bin:
Paper, plastic, metal, glass, empty bottles. If you have containers that held food, rinse them before disposing of them.

Green bin:
Organic waste like food scraps or plants.
At the end of your stay, please ensure you deposit the apartment’s trash in the large containers on the first floor. If you stay longer, you should deposit the trash on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday by 7:00 PM. This small gesture helps us keep the space clean and organized. Thank you for your cooperation!
Use of the Terrace
The terrace is spacious and shared by all guests. Ocean Breeze Suite has access to half of the terrace, while the other departments share the other half. Enjoy the peace and the view, and remember to avoid excessive noise, especially at night, so all guests can rest.
3. Apartment Rules for a Pleasant Stay
1.No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but you can smoke on the terrace.
2. Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
3. Noise
To ensure everyone’s tranquility, please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
4. Visitors
Visitors are welcome in moderation. No parties or large events allowed. Additional visitors must be approved in advance, and there will be an extra charge if they stay overnight.
5. Security
The apartment is monitored with exterior security cameras for your peace of mind. Be sure to close all doors securely when leaving.
6. Responsibility for Damages
Please take care of the apartment as if it were your own. If any property or items are damaged or lost, you will need to repair or replace them at your own cost.
7. Emergencies
If you need assistance, contact us via WhatsApp or email. Additionally, in case of an emergency, call 911 for police, hospital, ambulance, or fire services.
